Totem II is a study in rhythm, balance, and the beauty of crafted imperfection. Inspired by the quiet monumentality of a traditional totem, the lamp brings together a sequence of turned rosewood forms, each softly sculpted and layered along a central axis.
The warmth and depth of the wood are contrasted by a weathered turquoise patina, wrapping the brass shade and stepped base like traces of age gathered over time. The broad, gently conical shade crowns the composition, while the alternating rounded forms create a measured rhythm between weight and lightness.
More than a source of illumination, Totem II is a small sculptural object—a meeting of wood, metal, patina, and light. Cordless and rechargeable, with three light tones and a touch dimmer, it moves freely through a space, carrying its warm glow wherever it is placed.
